  • Proven track record in managing and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience with social media marketing and analytics tools.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
