Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and customer service.
- Proven track record in managing and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
