About the role

Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies that drive sales and customer engagement. Oversee the integration of AI tools to enhance marketing efforts and improve customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of AI tools to support marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement e-commerce initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure seamless user experiences across all channels
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and AI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
  • Proven track record of successfully leading e-commerce initiatives and driving sales growth
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies relevant to e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
