E-Commerce & Internet Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new internet, phone, and chat leads and engage customers up front
• Make follow-up attempts across phone, text, and email
• Work with customers to understand their equipment needs and ensure smooth handoffs to in-store sales team
• Update pricing, promotions, availability, and product information on TriGreen.com
• Help maintain and improve lead routing using automation software
• Provide structured feedback on lead quality and customer behavior to improve sales and marketing processes

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales, internet sales, customer service, and/or digital marketing
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and Saturdays primarily in the spring season
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM systems, automation systems, and product and inventory systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
