Role Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Garment Steamer to support our studio and e-commerce production team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on preparing garments and samples for photography and ensuring clothing is presented in the best possible condition. Key Responsibilities Steam and de-wrinkle garments to prepare them for e-commerce photographySafely and efficiently operate a garment steamerUnpack, sort, organize, and hang clothing samplesPush and pull garment racks throughout the studioMove garments and materials between steaming, styling, and photography areasLift and carry boxes, samples, and other studio materialsInspect garments for wrinkles, loose threads, stains, or other issues and communicate any concerns to the appropriate team memberHandle garments carefully to prevent damage, staining, or mishandlingKeep steaming and studio areas clean, organized, and production-readyWork efficiently while managing a high volume of garments and meeting daily production deadlinesFollow studio processes, safety procedures, and instructions from the production/styling teamAssist with general studio TOP sample department and sample organization as needed Role & Physical Requirements Previous experience operating a garment steamer preferredClothing, fashion, e-commerce, retail, warehouse, or studio experience is a plusAbility to stand and remain active for an 8-hour shiftAbility to repeatedly reach, bend, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the workdayAbility to safely push and pull fully loaded garment racksAbility to lift and carry boxes and garment samplesStrong attention to detail and care when handling clothingAbility to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced production environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a teamComfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy Benefits New State-of-the-art HQ located in Beverly HillsFormalized career paths for continued professional growthComprehensive health insurance across Medical, Dental and Vision401k match, with immediate vesting upon eligibilityWeekly catered lunches & fully-stock kitchen pantry!Opportunities to travel for trade shows and vendor meetingsSummer Fridays Early DepartureTeam bonding events and programsAttractive employee discounts!
