About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and responding to technical issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and network management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
    • Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
    • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Skills

    • Technical proficiency in networking, server administration, and cybersecurity.
    • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
    • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

    Pay

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

    Schedule

    This role offers a flexible schedule with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work required for special projects.
