Job Description
- Manage recruiting and supervise technicians in Arizona mask making fab
- Daily report manufacturing output and continuously improve performance
- Closely work and communicate with EBO engineers cross time zones in Arizona and Taiwan
- Able to work on-duty one day per every month
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- A minimum of a B.S. Degree in engineering management of industrial engineering or a related major
- Experience in supervising or managing a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Clear and logical thinking with positive and proactive attitude
- Must be fluent in English
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
