E-2 Site Manager
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead all site operations and instructor staff, ensuring full contract compliance, delivery of all training and reporting requirements, and serving as the primary liaison to the Government Site COR for all matters affecting performance, quality, and mission execution.
- Deliver E‑2/C‑2 simulator, training device, and classroom instruction, including briefs and debriefs.
- Conduct scheduled CI led and CI‑ supported‑ training for simulator, training device, and systems instruction.
- Provide academic instruction including CRM, Instrument Ground School (IGS), and platform specific‑ coursework.
- Use modern training tools such as interactive whiteboards, computers, projectors, CAI and CBT.
- Evaluate student training and mission performance and document results in accordance with established criteria.
- Provide instruction on training device operation, briefing and debriefing procedures, and grading and assessment standards.
- Evaluate and record trainer and training device performance in accordance with established criteria.
- Maintain, assess, and recommend improvements to mission scenarios for effectiveness and currency.
- Affiliate with curriculum updates, tests, lesson plans, trainee guides, and training program improvements.
- Support simulator and training device inspections, certifications, mishap recreation, and special projects.
- Review syllabi and recommend changes based on NATOPS updates, engineering changes, and evolving mission requirements.
- Affiliate with maintaining the Tactical and Technical Publications Library and required instructional materials.
- Attend required Government scheduled‑ meetings including Scheduling, Standardization, Government Instructor Pilot and Aircrew, Phase Head, and Intelligence Updates.
- Lead daily instructor scheduling and coordination with the Government and FRS.
- Ensure CI training currency, standardization, required reading compliance, and maintenance of instructional materials.
- Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping of assigned spaces and work areas.
Qualifications
Experience as an E‑2/C2 Contract Instructor (CIP/CIN).
Hands‑on experience with E‑2/C2 simulators, training devices, and classroom instruction.
Ability to conduct briefs and debriefs, evaluate student performance, and maintain instructional materials.
Proficiency in CRM, IGS, and platform specific coursework.
Knowledge of modern training tools such as interactive whiteboards, computers, projectors, CAI and CBT.
Ability to maintain and update mission scenarios, curriculum, and instructional materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the Government Site COR.
Ability to perform daily instructor scheduling and coordination with the Government and FRS.
Experience with simulator and training device inspections, certifications, mishap recreation, and special projects.
Knowledge of NATOPS updates, engineering changes, and evolving mission requirements.
Ability to maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping of assigned spaces and work areas.
