About the role
We are seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role will support CRM customization, Power Platform integrations, and data visualization with PowerBI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the CRM with business needs and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- CRM Administration & Customization (50%)
- Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
- Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
- Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Integration & Reporting (30%)
- Use Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, workflow development, and automation.
- Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
- Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs.
- Collaboration & Support (20%)
- Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process.
- Act as primary end-user support professional for the Marketing group.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
- Specialized Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
- Proficiency in Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices; ability to proactively identify, rectify, and prevent quality issues.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
- Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Cooperation: maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
Travel
Domestic travel required: approximately 10%.
Physical Requirements
- Lift: Must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 25 pounds.

- Sitting: Must be able to sit at least 50% of the day.
