Dynamics Systems Analyst

Job Description

This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective solutions within the client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service platform while supporting integrations, requirements documentation, and validation testing.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a functional analysis, systems analysis, or related enterprise application support role.
• 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Demonstrated experience writing requirements, user stories, process flow diagrams, and detailed functional specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• General understanding of CRM architecture, data relationships, integrations, and enterprise application delivery practices.
• Experience with automated or structured functional testing, including test script development and user acceptance testing support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Field Service Mobile.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, test cases, and delivery tracking.
• Formal training or certification in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
