Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) architecture and customization.
  • Expertise in Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure services.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and security models.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualification(s)

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to AS 400 programs and technologies

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Essential Job Functions

  • Design and document technical architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Lead integration strategies with external systems using APIs, Fabric, and Azure services.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical and functional requirements.
  • Maintain architecture diagrams and governance frameworks.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants.
  • Influence strategic technology decisions and solution roadmaps.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple streams of work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Requires extended periods of computer use and virtual collaboration.

Work Environment

  • This is a 100% in office role.
  • Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur.
  • Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required.
  • Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
