Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) architecture and customization.
- Expertise in Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and security models.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to AS 400 programs and technologies
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Essential Job Functions
- Design and document technical architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Lead integration strategies with external systems using APIs, Fabric, and Azure services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical and functional requirements.
- Maintain architecture diagrams and governance frameworks.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for Dynamics 365 projects.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants.
- Influence strategic technology decisions and solution roadmaps.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple streams of work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Requires extended periods of computer use and virtual collaboration.
Work Environment
- This is a 100% in office role.
- Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur.
- Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required.
- Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
