Dynamics 365 Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with deep expertise in Customer Service Workspace with Contact Center (CSW) and Customer Insights – Journeys (CI) to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize CSW components such as Voice and Chat channel setup, Workstreams, Session templates, Agent Scripts and Macros
• Configure and customize CI components such as Real-time marketing journeys, Segments, Email Templates, Compliance profiles, Event Management and integrations
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing CSW and CI components
• Experience with Power Platform tools
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows and contact center operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CRM development and implementation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
