About the role

Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases, under general supervision. This position is for a front-end developer to develop solutions on a large enterprise Dynamics 365 implementation that works across business groups. This will involve handling Dynamics 365 and Power Platform design and development, as well as leading Vanguard into building agentic experiences to better serve clients using Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Power Platform.

This team is developing a large-scale Power Platform implementation integrating across multiple clouds, offering a great opportunity to gain experience developing multi-cloud solutions on an enterprise scale.

The role requires strong technical acumen, a desire to keep learning emerging technologies, and the ability to work independently while making decisions as needed. You will build comprehensive technical knowledge of solutions in this space.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end solutions for a large enterprise Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Lead the creation of agentic experiences to enhance client service using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.
• Support and enhance existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Design and configure security roles and access controls in Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with mixed teams of product and technology members in an Agile or product-focused environment.
• Document solutions and troubleshoot problems effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven app development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GitHub for pipeline management and source control.
• Exposure to integration with external systems using APIs and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, or Field Service.
• Front-end development skills with React or Angular solutions.
