DX Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the role

Our client is seeking a DX Consultant / Senior Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role focuses on consulting, data analytics, AI solutions, business process improvement, and technology‑driven innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to identify business challenges, develop digital solutions, and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital transformation strategies and solutions for clients
• Participate in client meetings and create presentations and proposal materials
• Coordinate project activities and support project delivery
• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation
• Design, develop, and implement AI, data analytics, and digital solutions
• Develop proof‑of‑concept applications, dashboards, and internal tools
• Support solution deployment, user adoption, testing, and change management activities
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams in multicultural environments
• Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and knowledge‑sharing materials

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, project management, technology‑driven sales, engineering, or related fields
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multilingual environments
• Customer‑focused and solution‑oriented mindset

Preferred Requirements

• Japanese language skills preferred
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Power BI
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, ServiceNow, or CRM platforms
• Experience in data analytics, AI implementation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture and Japanese‑affiliated companies
• Experience working with global, offshore, or hybrid project teams

Location

Midtown, New York or Dallas, Texas. New York candidates are strongly preferred.

Work Style

Full‑time, Exempt, Hybrid (2 days on‑site required).

Salary

USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year.
