About Us
Volusia Woods Animal Clinic is a well-established, fast-paced, one-doctor general small animal and food animal practice located in Florida. We offer comprehensive care services including Preventative Care, Surgery, In-House Diagnostics, and Digital full-body radiology.
Located in Orange City, our clinic is near Blue Springs State Park, where you can watch manatees. The proximity to Orlando allows for easy access to big-city attractions, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Volusia County public schools are excellent, making it an ideal area to raise a family. Popular activities include fishing, beaches, paddle boarding, theme park attractions, and year-round great weather. Orange City is a wonderful place to enjoy a healthy and active work-life balance.
About the Role
We’re looking for active veterinary students who are compassionate, team players, and strong communicators. This externship is designed for students seeking to enhance their education through real-world experiences.
