Paws & Claws Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary clinic located in Wilmington, NC that cares for cats, dogs, exotic animals, and local injured wildlife. The team delivers professional, courteous medical, surgical, and dental care while promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care, and health-related educational opportunities. With over four decades of combined veterinary experience, the veterinarians—Dr. Sam Smith, Dr. Stephen Anderson, Dr. Kelsey Weingartner, and Dr. Kati Alewel—provide high-quality, comforting, and effective care for pets of all kinds, including birds, reptiles, and small mammals. The hospital also offers high-class pet boarding facilities.
About the role
We’re looking for 1st through 4th year veterinary students who are compassionate, team-oriented, and strong communicators to enhance their education through real-world experiences.
