Position Purpose

Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program provides hands-on experience and mentorship for 1st-4th year veterinary students to prepare them for practice.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School
• Must be able to provide student PLIT

Benefits

Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed. Externships are typically 2 weeks long and flexible in length. We can also support preceptorship documentation.
