About the role

Gateway Animal Hospital operates two thriving sites in West Virginia — a general practice/small animal clinic with some large animal services and a dedicated support staff DVM clinic. The clinics are located in Charleston and Saint Albans, WV, along the Kanawha River, offering beautiful historic scenery, access to multiple state parks, and outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, arts, and festivals. Services include wellness and prevention, advanced diagnostics, dental care, surgery, laser therapy, boarding, ultrasound, and more.

Qualifications

• 1st through 4th Year Veterinary Student
• Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution
• Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator
• Seeking to enhance education through real‑world experience
