About the role

Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch is an AAHA-accredited, award-winning small animal practice in Spring, Texas, serving a loyal community with a 4.8-star Google rating. We combine advanced diagnostics, surgery, imaging, anesthesiology, and emergency care within a culture that empowers individualized treatment plans and professional growth. As a DVM extern on the Mission Launch track, you’ll receive a $1,000/week stipend while gaining hands-on experience toward a potential full-time associate position.

What to expect

• Broad clinical exposure with direct mentorship from experienced veterinarians

• Opportunities to interpret fecal samples, blood smears, radiographs, urinalysis, and CBC/chemistry panels

What you’ll bring

• Active enrollment in a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program at an accredited university, graduating in 2027
• Professional comportment and appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
• Compassionate, team-player attitude with respect for clients and their pets
• Authorization to work in the United States
