About the role
As the Director of Design Verification, you will lead the design verification efforts within the engineering department. This role requires a deep understanding of design verification methodologies and processes, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a team through complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of design verification plans and procedures
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with design verification standards and guidelines
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure that all design verification activities adhere to quality assurance and risk management protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate risks associated with design verification
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in design verification, preferably in a technical leadership role
- A proven track record of successful project management and leadership
- A deep understanding of design verification methodologies and processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications in design verification (e.g., CMMI, ISO 9001)
- Experience with relevant software tools and platforms

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
