About the role

The Duxbury Education Foundation (DEF) is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The role involves supporting educational initiatives and fundraising efforts to enhance the educational experience for students in Duxbury.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relations and stewardship
• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns
• Collaborate with school administration and community partners
• Coordinate events and activities to support educational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with grant writing and proposal development
• Knowledge of nonprofit management principles
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
