About the Role

At Applegreen, we refresh travelers on their journey. As a Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure cleanliness and stocking, process accurate payment transactions, prepare and serve quality food, and perform various duties to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service through positive interactions.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately.
• Follow proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products actively.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
