Responsibilities

• Serve as the vibrant, friendly face that boosts customers' afternoons
• Operate the cash register with speed and precision
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions
• Process orders swiftly and correctly, keeping up with the midday pace
• Prepare coffee and other beverages
• Keep the counter and dining area clean and inviting
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, respectful work atmosphere
• Accept feedback and pursue learning and improvement
• Arrive on time and ready for each scheduled shift
• Prioritize guest satisfaction in every interaction
• Efficiently handle customer concerns or issues
• Maintain Dunkin' Donuts' high standards in service and product quality
• Introduce customers to new items and promotions (upselling)
• Follow all procedures for cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working midday/second shift
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
• Team-oriented mindset for a dynamic work environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Comfortable with basic computer and POS system usage
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn

Schedule

Midday/second shift; full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling.
