• Manage baking supplies and ingredients, keeping track of what's needed for the night's magic.
• Keep the baking area immaculate, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Work closely with fellow nocturnal team members, maintaining a supportive and respectful environment.
• Respond positively to guidance and maintain responsibility for your night shift duties.
• Stick to the schedule, ensuring you’re ready to roll when the stars are out.
• Prepare fresh, high-quality products for the morning crowd to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Tackle any overnight challenges swiftly, maintaining our standard of excellence.
• Adhere to Dunkin' Donuts brand standards and systems throughout the night.
• Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives with precision.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand it well.
• Basic math skills for precise recipe management and inventory control.
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment safely during the night shift.
