DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duct Cleaning/Sealing experience, preferredStrong communication, sales and customer service skillsPerform duct cleanings on residential heating and air conditioning systems using our custom built duct cleaning trucksOperate a variety of hand and power toolsDemonstrate Respect, Compassion and Integrity when communicating with clientsAbility to communicate recommendations and services to our clienteleDemonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with Pacific Heating and Cooling’s quality and safety standardsAbility to demonstrate punctualityParticipate in weekly meetings for continuing training and developmentThis position is Monday – Friday, full-time, non-exempt, with possible overtime. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Quick, efficient and organizedClean cut, appearance is neat and respectfulPassionate about the HVAC tradeMust have a valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving recordPass preemployment screeningWork closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite professional attitudeArrive on time and ready to work with a positive attitude.Attend all meetings and trainingAdhere to codes, OSHA standards and all safety and handbook policies.
