Duct Cleaning Technician

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Experienced Duct Cleaning Technician to join our Duct Cleaning department. The ideal candidate will work efficiently with great attention to detail, possess exceptional multi-tasking skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. HVAC experience is not required—we provide paid training—but duct cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duct cleanings on residential heating and air conditioning systems using custom-built duct cleaning trucks
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Demonstrate respect, compassion, and integrity when communicating with clients
• Communicate recommendations and services to clientele effectively
• Complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to Pacific Heating and Cooling’s quality and safety standards
• Maintain punctuality and a professional appearance
• Participate in weekly meetings for continuing training and development
• Adhere to codes, OSHA standards, and all safety and handbook policies, including maintaining and organizing company vehicles and property

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Neat, clean-cut appearance
• Ability to work closely with team members and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive attitude
• Attend all meetings and training sessions
• Duct cleaning/sealing experience preferred but not required

Pay

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, non-exempt, Monday – Friday, with possible overtime.
