About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent customer service. It’s the perfect next step for someone ready to lead, learn, and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
- Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
- Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
- Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away
- Help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
Other qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
- A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
- Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
- ServeSafe certification – required or willingness to obtain
