About the role

As part of our Consulting team, you’ll work on exciting projects around the itmX crm suite, collaborating with creative minds, experienced developers, and solution-oriented thinkers. You’ll shape solutions in the SAP environment, using modern technologies such as CDS, Fiori/UI5, RAP, BTP, and ABAP OO—or learning them with us. You’ll act as a bridge between product development and consulting, working closely with project developers, consultants, and product management to understand requirements and implement customer solutions from concept to go-live. You’ll document, test, and optimize processes for performance and stability. This role can be based in our Pforzheim office or fully remote from home.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for the itmX crm suite within the SAP ecosystem.
• Work with modern SAP technologies (CDS, Fiori/UI5, RAP, BTP, ABAP OO) and expand your expertise.
• Collaborate with product development, consulting, and product management to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Support projects from initial idea through go-live, including design, implementation, and optimization.
• Document and test solutions to ensure high performance and stability.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites or team locations.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or a comparable qualification—your passion for development and technology matters more than the title.
• Programming experience (e.g., in ABAP or another language) and a desire to grow in the SAP environment.
• You see yourself as a developer, not just a coder—you want to understand the "why" behind what you build and how it benefits the customer.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and with a strong focus on quality.
• Enthusiasm for modern SAP technologies, agile methods, customer interaction, and teamwork.
• Curiosity, openness, and a growth mindset—you’re eager to learn and share knowledge.
• Good English skills and willingness to travel occasionally.
