About the role

Responsible for managing community events and ensuring smooth operations at two different sites.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute community events at both Brittany Greens and Providence Pointe
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff members
  • Handle day-to-day operations and address resident concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in community management or similar role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with event planning software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Pay
