Dual Rate Supervisor Dice Full Time (Planet Hollywood LV)

Responsibilities

• Operating several table games on an assigned shift
• Showers interaction, modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees
• Interacts with guests to ensure positive guest development
• Reports any unusual or questionable activities to assigned superiors
• Observes and assists with problems between employees and guests
• Recommends changes in department including hiring, promotion, demotion, and termination
• Counsels, guides, coaches, and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties
• Prepares and coordinates the periodic performance review of assigned personnel

Qualifications

• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner
• A neat and professional appearance
• A minimum age of 21
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Minimum of 2 years pit operation experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to PIT operations
• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred

Additional Requirements

• Ability to respond calmly in a demanding environment, manage multiple tasks under time constraints
• Good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money
• Excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games
• Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items
• Ability to walk and be on foot for extended periods of time
• Ability to manage a heavy business volume and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems in a timely manner
