Equinox is seeking Dual‑Licensed Spa Therapists who hold both Massage Therapy and Esthetics licenses. Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110‑minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting
• Analyze client needs and create a programmatic treatment plan
• Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned after each session and at shift end
• Maintain compliance with state regulatory boards for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes
• Analyze, consult and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
• Direct all efforts toward member satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Tennessee Massage Therapy license or certification
• Valid Esthetician license
• 1‑2 years of experience preferred
• Specific training in facial and body waxing
• Willing to develop a practice within the corporation while growing personal skills
• Available full‑time (part‑time possible) with evening and weekend availability
• Cross‑trained in multiple services including stone massage, prenatal, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy and reflexology (highly preferred)
