Dual Housekeeping Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversight of Housekeeping and Laundry operations across both Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown and Residence Inn by Marriott Richmond Downtown
• Ensuring full compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards at both properties
• Executing daily leadership responsibilities including financial management, payroll processing, associate scheduling, and department performance tracking
• Recruitment, training, and development of housekeeping associates and supervisors across both properties
• Conducting regular room and property inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with White Lodging and Marriott standards
• Managing housekeeping inventory, supply ordering, linen par levels, and equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations
