About the role
Provide compassionate and evidence-based counseling services to clients in a behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent license required
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Experience with telehealth services
