Dual Assistant Studio Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to join our JCPenney Portraitsteam. This position offers comprehensive photography and sales training, competitive hourly pay, and discounts at the store and studio.

Responsibilities

• Aid the Studio Manager in managing the portrait studio operations
• Capture images that are fun, spontaneous, and creative to meet customer expectations
• Talk with potential and existing customers to schedule and confirm portrait sessions
• Provide a delightful customer experience
• Show professionalism and ensure customer safety by following established safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, photography, or a related service industry
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Variated schedule including holidays and weekends, as needed
