About the role

Assistant General Manager (Dual Hotel Operations) for SpringHill Suites Tulsa South and Residence Inn Tulsa South. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate the management teams across two hotel properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across both properties.
• Coordinate and support department heads to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and increase occupancy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably with experience overseeing multiple properties.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Flexibility to work across two locations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
