Dual Adult & CTSS Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families (if working with children) in the home, community, and/or school.
• Aid clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and assist them in meeting those goals.
• Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.
• Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff and obtain continuing education units.

Requirements

• Meet the Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04.
• Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Meet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06.
• Have completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional.
• Be licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota.
• Desire to work with children and families in their homes; this includes walking, stairs, and the ability to crouch, stoop, sit on floors, and stand for periods of time.
• Ability to work independently; Valid driver’s license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30-mile radius around primary clinic location.
• Be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• If interested in working with children/adolescents and families, must be able to commit to late afternoon/early evening schedule.

Pay

• This is a non-exempt position.
• Total earnings for this position will range from $25.00 - $30.00 hourly.
• Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
