DSW Program Adjunct Faculty Mentor

Responsibilities
- Sends an introductory email to the student after they receive their student assignments
- Meets with mentees 2-3 times a term, either individually or in groups
- Makes referrals to the Student Advisor or full-time faculty for specific questions
- Communicates with students using their Simmons email account
- Ensures students are connected to the EAP support program if needed
- Provides guidance on concerns or conflicts that might arise with course progression
- Oversees assigned students for the duration of their matriculation in the program
Qualifications
- An MSW degree and a social work doctorate, or a related field
- At least one prior term of experience teaching in the DSW program
Pay
$35.53 (per student)
