THE ROLE
To live and model the school’s core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community
To reinforce the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit
To foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
To design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team
To conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development
To organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated belief in all students and the mission of DSST.
Strong character and belief in the core values of DSST.
An ability to work and collaborate across lines of difference.
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of the game and passion for sportsmanship.

- Coaching Experience
- Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels
- Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention
