About the role
Join our team to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living and personal care
- Partner with community partners for volunteerism
- Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support
- Ensure health, safety, and program compliance
- Transport individuals to activities and appointments
- Complete documentation using electronic systems
Requirements
- Passion for helping others and a team‑first mindset
- Experience in caregiving or human service preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus

Pay

Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (40 hours per week); no weekends
