DSI P/O Jack Driver PR05 (2nd Shift) - Tyson of Rogers

6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months. Applicants from Benton, Washington, and Madison counties in Arkansas will be considered. If previously employed at Tyson, there is a 180-day waiting period and a maximum of two prior employments to be considered for rehire. Relocation assistance is not available.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays
• 2 PM - 11 PM (2nd shift)

Pay

$17.40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Transport and/or unload materials in a timely manner using a hand and/or rider pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks to move product and materials through departments including Flat-Pack, debone, pack-out, shipping, receiving, coolers, and freezer.
• Keep lines and pack-out department stocked with necessary supplies and product.
• Complete safety checks and fill out hand and/or rider jack safety inspection forms.
• Lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
• Return equipment and supplies to assigned areas and submit all paperwork to specified personnel.
• Use verbal and written communication skills to interact via radio, document issues, instructions, or observations on inspection forms, trainings, and other paperwork.
• Immediately communicate any issues to the Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant walking and multi-tasking.
