About the role

Max Distributing is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Route Representative to support convenience store accounts throughout the Savannah, Georgia market. This role is ideal for motivated, dependable professionals who enjoy working independently, building relationships, and making a visible impact every day. No direct DSD experience is required; candidates with backgrounds in retail, merchandising, customer service, delivery, hospitality, sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned convenience store accounts throughout your route
• Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales
• Maintain organized displays and execute planograms
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Complete invoicing, order fulfillment, and daily reporting
• Build strong relationships with store managers and employees
• Visit multiple locations daily while managing your schedule efficiently

Requirements

• Retail, merchandising, customer service, delivery, route sales, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using mobile devices, reporting tools, and inventory systems
• Ability to meet the physical demands of merchandising and stocking products
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
