Duties And Repsonsibilities

• Supervises the porter team members in compliance with casino and departmental policies and procedures.
• Gives clear concise instructions to team members.
• Leads by example and handles any problem that may arise.
• Completes a daily shift report making note of any absenteeism, tardiness or irregularities.
• Inspects all areas of the casino, public areas, and team member areas to ensure that assigned duties and tasks are completed in a timely and acceptable manner.
• Works closely with other departments and reports any unresolved issues or concerns.
• Aids guests with any questions or requests they may have.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies; reporting to Porter Manager of any shortages or malfunction.
• Aids and offers input regarding team member performance issues including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Assists with the interviewing, hiring, and training of team members.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Twenty-one (21) years of age.
