Drywall Technician

Job Summary

The Patch Boys is seeking skilled drywall and plaster repair professionals. Successful candidates must have the ability to demonstrate existing drywall or plaster skills, including taping, applying compound, sanding, texturing, and refinishing. Experience in determining materials and quantities, troubleshooting customer issues, and completing work orders independently is essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate existing drywall or plaster skills
• Tape, apply compound, sand, texture, and refinish drywall or plaster
• Evaluate customer requests and troubleshoot issues
• Complete work orders without on-site supervision
• Work in occupied residences and interact with customers
• Comfortable with customer interactions while on site
• Must own a smartphone with a data plan
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in drywall, plaster, and ceiling repair
• References available upon request
• Your own hand tools and knives
