Entry-Level Technician Apprentice helpers will learn the trade and grow with our team. This role is perfect for hardworking individuals eager to start a career in construction, with a 6-month track to become a Drywall Technician.

Responsibilities

• Develop trade skills in drywall installation and painting
• Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness
• Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with crew leaders and team members
• Support crew with measurements and material prep

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
