• Perform top-quality drywall repairs with exceptional finishing skills
• Communicate confidently with customers and explain the value of your work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Manage your schedule to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
• Use technology (iPad + ServiceTitan) for documentation and job management

What We’re Looking For

• Proven drywall repair experience with excellent finishing skills
• Strong sales and customer communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Highly organized, reliable, and punctual
• Comfortable using an iPad for documentation and scheduling
• Safety-conscious and hard-working
