About the role

Grey Interiors specializes in interior systems work, including metal framing, air/moisture barrier, drywall, firewall, framing layouts, and infection control in the Carolinas for corporate, educational, and healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up a plan and direct the execution of multiple construction projects
  • Oversee the organization, schedule, and implementation of these projects
  • Communicate daily with General Contractors (GC) Project Superintendents to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate with field superintendents and crews to ensure they are fully equipped and prepared
  • Ensure all drawings and specifications are examined before construction begins
  • Make sure the project schedule includes dates and times for GC decisions, availability of design information, procurement of materials and subcontracts, lead times for fabrication, and field installation
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
  • Train and organize on-site staff according to project requirements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Administer administrative processes related to the project

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and motivate teams
  • Strong understanding of the construction process
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
  • Project management software experience, especially Procore, Newforma, etc.
  • Ability to read and understand construction schedules, particularly Primavera P6 experience
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Pay

The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 USD per year (Monteith Raleigh).
