About the role
Grey Interiors specializes in interior systems work, including metal framing, air/moisture barrier, drywall, firewall, framing layouts, and infection control in the Carolinas for corporate, educational, and healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Cook up a plan and direct the execution of multiple construction projects
- Oversee the organization, schedule, and implementation of these projects
- Communicate daily with General Contractors (GC) Project Superintendents to keep projects on track
- Coordinate with field superintendents and crews to ensure they are fully equipped and prepared
- Ensure all drawings and specifications are examined before construction begins
- Make sure the project schedule includes dates and times for GC decisions, availability of design information, procurement of materials and subcontracts, lead times for fabrication, and field installation
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
- Train and organize on-site staff according to project requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Administer administrative processes related to the project
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and motivate teams
- Strong understanding of the construction process
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
- Project management software experience, especially Procore, Newforma, etc.
- Ability to read and understand construction schedules, particularly Primavera P6 experience
- Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Pay
The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 USD per year (Monteith Raleigh).
