Requirements

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
• General Liability Insurance
• Worker's Compensation Insurance
• Business License
• Background check and motor vehicle report on owner
• Completion of subcontractor packet

Tasks

• Measuring and cutting drywall
• Hanging drywall sheets
• Taping, applying joint compound, sanding, and finishing surfaces
• Jobsite clean‑up with emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Replacing approximately 2,500 sf of drywall in Virginia Beach, VA

Compensation

$4,980.00 for the total job (paid weekly).
