Dryer Vent Service Technician

About the Role

Join Dryer Vent Wizard of Atlanta, a locally owned company serving the north metro Atlanta area since 2006 and part of the only international franchise focused exclusively on dryer vent cleaning, repair, installation, and maintenance. As a key member of our growing team, you’ll work independently in a supportive culture, educating customers on dryer vent safety, efficiency, and code compliance while delivering professional service in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Present yourself professionally at all times while servicing customers’ dryer vent systems based on inspection results.
• Collect payment or payment information for completed work.
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and tools in clean, working condition.
• Safely transport service vehicles between job sites.
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, roofs, and on ladders as needed.
• Use tablet-based technology to navigate systems and communicate clearly with customers.
• Educate customers on dryer vent safety, efficiency, and code requirements.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with tools and physically capable of working in tight spaces, attics, roofs, and on ladders.
• Ability to safely and legally transport service vehicles between job sites.
• Proficiency with tablet-based technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, professional demeanor (sales experience is a plus).
• Polished professional appearance while wearing the approved uniform.
• Integrity, reliability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in customers’ homes.
