Dryer Operator

About the role

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals to join our stable, essential industry. No experience is required — we provide the training. Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety procedures.
• Operate the dryer to ensure proper bean moisture control.
• Provide routine cleaning of the grain dryer and surrounding areas.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Moves materials from storage or work site to designated area, using hand truck, forklift, pallet jack, or other device.
• Maintain inventory, records, and location of equipment and materials moved.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided).
• Ability to carry 50 pounds, lift up to 65 pounds, push/pull up to 120 pounds.

$27.65 hourly

Schedule

Rotating swing shifts (8a–8p / 8p–8a) Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days off
