Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out
• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
• Build relationships that turn first‑time guests into loyal Drybar regulars
• Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing reservations, answering phones, updating guest profiles, and solving scheduling challenges
• Support stylists by helping the day flow efficiently behind the scenes
• Keep the shop beautiful by restocking products, organizing retail displays, maintaining cleanliness, and completing daily side work
• Be a team player who jumps in wherever needed because everyone succeeds together

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast‑paced guest‑focused environment
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6–8 hour shift
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Weekend availability required
• Most importantly: dependable, coachable, hardworking, and excited to create amazing experiences every single day

Pay

$15–$25 per hour (hourly pay plus membership commissions)
