About the role

We are looking for part-time Stylists with availability on Friday and Saturday. At Drybar, our philosophy is simple: focus on one thing and be the best at it—blowouts. Our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform amazing blowouts on clients
• Provide an exceptional client experience
• Sell products and tools to clients
• Maintain shop cleanliness through side work (dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, restocking, washing dishes/glasses, etc.)
• Participate in regular team meetings

Requirements

• Current and valid Colorado cosmetology or hairstyling license (or in cosmetology school for Bartender/receptionist roles)
• Strong hair styling and finishing skills
• Desire to provide exceptional service
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive, motivation, and ability to work as part of a team

Pay

Hourly wage: $30–$37/hr ($19.29 base hourly pay + gratuity and commissions). Additional earnings from retail commissions, braids, and add-on services.
