About the role

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Deliver retail sales and membership sales
• Operate point of sale systems
• Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
• Stand and/or walk for 6–8 hour shifts
• Multitask with ease in a fast-paced environment
• Solve problems using logic and support resources

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment (e.g., sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate)
• Previous experience with point of sale systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record of providing over-the-top customer service
• Technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
